Step 1: access artmark.ro and press the „Sign Up” button. Fill in the personal data and use a valid e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail confirming the creation of the Artmark account.

Step 2: to be able to place bids or participate online in Artmark
auctions attach the copy of your identity card and fill in your phone number.
Ultimately, you will receive an e-mail that will confirm the validation of your new
account, along with your unique online bidding paddle. Now you do not need to do
anything else. You will be contacted by an Artmark representative to activate your
The Artmark Live 2.0 auction platform provides real-time video streaming of the auction and allows to place bids for any lot. You can experience auction from your home, from your laptop, phone or tablet, you can follow your passion for art, purchase securely and we will handle the rest!
If you prefer to bid by phone, receiving support from an A10 by Artmark representative, you should fill in an online form and send it to email@example.com, no later than one hour before the auction begins. You will be contacted before the auction starts and then we will bid together for the desired lots!
If you cannot participate in the evening of the auction, online or by phone, you can leave a written bid with us for the lots of interest (the maximum bid you can place), by filling in a form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org, including during the auction, for the future lots, which have not come in line yet.

If you are not available on the evening of the auction, neither physically nor online, you may place bids (the maximum bid you offer) for the desired lots, through your A10 account.
